At Spiral Brewery, we like to keep things local, and in that spirit, we created a sour series to honor our local bodies of water. For this iteration, we are paying homage to the Minnesota River. Packing loads of fresh flavor with cranberry, orange, and pear purées, this sour highlights seasonal fruit flavors on top of a tart, but approachable, American sour ale.
