At Spiral Brewery, we like to keep things local, and in that spirit, we created a sour series to honor our local bodies of water. For this iteration, we are paying homage to the Mississippi River. Packing loads of fresh flavor with passion fruit, guava and lime purées, this sour highlights seasonal fruit flavors on top of a tart, but approachable, American sour ale.
