To celebrate our fifth anniversary, we brewed a Bière de Garde. Quite literally named a "beer to keep," this beer tastes great today, but will stand the test of time when properly stored. Traditionally brewed in the Flanders region of France, this golden farmhouse style ale has a malty sweetness, a spicy hop aroma, and packs a bit of a punch, making this beer the perfect springtime sipper.
