When we picked a beer to celebrate our third anniversary, we wanted to be sure this beer would ferment into something big, bold, and positive. This Wheat Wine was double mashed and boiled for 15 hours in the kettle. The overload of flavor development continued in fermentation with locally sourced honey, an infusion of vanilla beans, and toasted oak chips. All of this time, effort, and love adds up to a rich and decadent sipping beer. Caramel, toffee, and honey flavors develop and evolve with each sip.
